An initial consultation affords an opportunity for us both to discuss any concerns you may have, ask questions and discuss whether counselling / psychotherapy might be helpful to you.
There are many different reasons why clients come into therapy. Some wish to build self-esteem, become more assertive or grow in confidence. Seeking help through therapy is a way to assist personal development and does not mean you are weak or failing, but wanting to move forward.
I have received referrals through several previous clients.
Availability
50 minute sessions available on weekdays.
Some evening appointments still available.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work to the Code of Ethics and Practice as laid down by the BACP.

Initial consultation (1 hour) £45
This carries no obligation to commit to further sessions
Subsequent sessions (50 mins) £40
Couples (1 hour) £50
